WAH Customer Service/Technical Support Representatives $9.75 Per Hour

Staffmark is hiring WAH Customer Service/Technical Support Representative.  Various schedules available for you to work from home in your own office! Full-time, Part-Time & Split Shifts available!

They have openings for over a 100 people to enter a 6 week paid-training program. With successful graduation from the customer service training, employees will transition to the customer’s payroll!

Job Description:

  • Perform call center customer service functions from home based office
  • Attend virtual customer service training classes to learn the job from 10:00am – 7:00pm EST Monday through Friday for 6 weeks
  • Work EVENING SCHEDULE that includes SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS once training is complete.
  • Receive inbound calls throughout the US and assist customers with programming, equipment and account needs
  • Provide troubleshooting and ensure one-call resolution
  • Offer enhanced services to customers
  • Utilize call center computer technology to input, track and report customer issues
  • Meet daily quality goals and customer survey performance metrics
  • Perform data entry functions and documentation.
  • Provide outstanding customer service support
  • Communicate company policies to customers
  • Meet daily schedule adherence requirements

Starting hourly wage: $9.50 plus. 10% differential for bilingual Spanish skills  — Opportunities for incentives!
