Work at Home Agent

IQOR has multiple job opening for a Work at Home Agent, Colorado Springs, CO. This opening is for their Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) department

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer care calls and obtain payment of past due invoices
  • Gather data and document proper systems per customer requirements
  • Responsible for basic customer and team communication via e-mail, memos and voicemail
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Customer Service and/or Collection experience
  • General PC knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Must be detail oriented and possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Must live within a 50 mile radius of Colorado Springs
  • Have a suitable home working environment
  • Must possess the ability to work independently
