Work At Home Customer Service Acquisition

Discover is looking for work at home customer service acquisition.

Customer Service and Acquisition representatives will take primarily inbound Acquisition calls and be able to answer customer inquiries about new accounts and make offers when appropriate. In this role you will have to be compliant with the Federal Fair Credit Billing Act along with Discover’s Customer Service policies and procedures.

You must attend the training; Training will be 8a – 430pm for 5 weeks, and hours upon completing training will be all nightshift hours. You must be willing to work anywhere from 30-39 hours per week.
