Work At Home Customer Service Advisor With JPMorgan

JGPmorgan, one of the largest Electronic Financial Services is seeking to hire work at home customer service advisors for its inbound call center. They receive approximately 40 million calls per monthly — JPMorgan services multiple product lines, with a majority of call volume for pre-paid card state and federal benefit programs and corporate payroll. Some of the benefit calls we service include: Child Support, Unemployment, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, and Payroll.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Financial Service Advisor must provide personalized service via phone.
  • You must possess strong communication skills, be able to think quickly, and solve the day to day issues our cardholders may experience.
  • This role will focus around execution of transaction inquiries, demographic changes/updates, be a service matter expert in client procedures, and be a cardholder advocate.
  • To meet the demands and legal requirements of this business, you will focus on understanding the firm’s service policies, systems and legal compliance regulations as well as our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of customer service, call center, or banking experience
  • Must have an average of 12 months of job stability
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong interpersonal skills; professional, courteous, friendly, and empathetic
  • Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction
  • Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Ability to use basic business mathematics calculations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and detail-oriented

Work at Home (WAH) Requirements:

  • Must reside in the State of Kentucky
  • Dedicated work space must be within own residenceWAH Advisor is responsible for furnishing and maintaining a separate and safe work area at home. This includes providing an ergonomically suitable chair plus a desk, lights, grounded electrical outlets, smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher
  • WAH Advisor must complete the JPMorgan Chase Telecommuting and Remote Work Agreement, Independent Worker Assessment and complete home inspection
  • Telecommuting and WAH is not to be used as a substitute for personal obligations including availability for personal dependent care

Qualifications

  • Schedule: Upon being hired you will select an available schedule that is based on the business need.
  • Training: You will be required to attend 3-5 weeks paid, self-directed and facilitated training that includes Internet based modules (50%), virtual instructor led classroom learning (25%), and live calls (25%).
