Work At Home Knowledge Management Advisor

Dell is looking to hire a work at home knowledge management advisor to help implement process changes to vastly improve a support organization’s effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Broad expertise in Knowledge Management concepts, with deep expertise in specific aspects of Knowledge Management.
    Build and manage business process improvements.
    Interface with business areas to provide solutions and tools to build and strengthen business processes.
  • Work with stakeholders to define business requirements while designing, developing and testing moderately complex knowledge capture processes and engineer elaborate workflows, search capabilities and measurement approaches.
    Identify business opportunities to deliver values through Knowledge Management at program and business unit level.
  • Design, develop, implement and maintain knowledge bases.
  • Work with leadership to develop and administer reports on application usage and knowledge contributions.
  • Presents problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner.

Qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Understands Knowledge Management tools and technologies and has the ability to use them.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant Knowledge management and technologies.
  • Writes communications (e-mails, campaigns, etc.) on various Knowledge Management initiatives to
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of change management
  • Facilitation skills within large groups.
  • Experience working for an Enterprise Software Corporation
  • Good technical skills; Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Local and Remote Networking, online collaboration tools
