Work At Home Recruting Coordinator

Amazon’s Virtual Contact Center is growing, and we’re adding another Recruiting Coordinator to our team.

This is a full time, hourly (nonexempt), work from home position; relocation assistance is not available.

Responsibilities:

  • Process improvement and act as a recruiting systems subject matter expert
  •  Own high volume sourcing, interviewing, and hiring work from home customer service and tech support Associates and Leads, among other roles, in multiple states
  • Assist hiring managers through the internal job posting and promotion process

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or another closely related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with high volume, fast paced production staffing, to include recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Superb customer focus, attention to detail and organization skills
  • Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, chat, and Internet.
  • Experience with web-based applicant tracking systems (i.e. Taleo, iCims) and HRIS systems (i.e. PeopleSoft)
  • Experience with pre-hire assessment testing
  • Knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative Action data tracking requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience with process mapping and improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently and exercise sound judgment
