Work At Home Scheduler

Jacobs Engineering is looking for work at home scheduler.

Duties include:

  • Assist client in achieving its goal of creating and maintaining a holistic and integrated project schedule. The  schedule will include key milestones and activities of the design architect, the general contractor, the facility, the activation team and others as is needed to drive towards opening day of the facility for patient care
  • Receive inputs from the above sources (architect, general contractor etc.) and integrate the data and reconcile it so problems can be identified for resolution by the client
  • Attend each monthly schedule review meeting with the general contractor and the client
  • Provide review of general contractor’s monthly applications for payment

Training and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years project scheduling experience is required
  • BS or BA in Cost Management, Engineering, Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills using MS Office tools and the most current project management software programs.
  • Proficient Excel skills a must.
  • Must have good verbal and written communications skills and a desire to work with details.
  • Experience in engineering/design and construction of Federal projects and familiar with FAR requirements is preferred
  • Experience with P6 is required
