Work At Home Tech Support

Talk2Rep is currently seeking Bilingual English/French work at home customer service and Tech Support Reps.


  • Assist inbound callers for a utility provider with various customer services including, but not limited to technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Provides technical support to Casio users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and guiding client through corrective steps.
  • Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
  • Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
  • Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English and French language. 
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
  • Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
  • Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.
  • Ability to type at least 25 WPM with 0 errors
  • Ability to work independently researching information via the software provided.
