Work From Home Call Center Agents

Innovative Voice Inc, is looking for work from home call center agents.

Requirements:

  • Quiet work environment within the home (Absolutely no background noise; i.e. Television, Radio, Children, etc.)
  • Computer (Windows 7 (32 & 64 Bit), 2000, XP, or Mac OS)
  • High Speed Internet Access
  • Analog land line, at least 7 days prior to taking calls. No VOIP; i.e. Vonage, U-Verse, Comcast, Magic Jack, etc.

Must complete 15 – 30 day/4 hours per day, client specific web based instructor lead training course. Must complete 2 hours per day self pace training assignments. Course fees (if applicable) are reimbursed upon successful completion of training

Bonuses and/or Incentives paid for successful completion of training and entering into production.

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls (no outbound calls or sales quotas)
  • Assisting customers who have particular inquiries or questions (i.e. billing, technical, etc.)
  • Providing individualized customer service of high-standard professional level.
  • Updating the existing database with any modifications or changes to client’s account
    Determining problems or issues in queries or complaints handling nature and proposing solutions for enhancements.
