Work From Home Customer Relations Manager

QLess is hiring a work from home customer relations manager. Kansas City or Los Angeles areas preferred. Company HQ is Los Angeles.

This position reports directly to the Chief Technical Officer, who will provide every opportunity for you to shine and grow. You will be responsible for providing world-class support and customer care, working with new customers via e-mail, phone, and in person to help them learn how to take full advantage of all of the features that QLess offers. This includes:

  • Understanding their customer workflow and how to best-fit QLess to their needs
  • Suggesting ways that their QLess account can be optimally configured
  • Offering training to their staff, via Webex, and in person
  • Answering their questions and responding to their concerns and change requests

You’ll work from home, so in order to be successful doing this, you must be:

  • Extremely Organized
  • Self-motivated

Required Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English, without a strong non-U.S. accent
  • 2+ years experience with customer relations management
  • 1+ years experience with SQL
  • A passion for making the world a better place

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience with MySQL
  • Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish
