As the Customer Service Clerk is responsible for performing data entry activities for the replenishment team. Activities will primarily involve date change system inputs for all replenishment loads as dictated by the inventory planners. Employee will also perform ad hoc data entry activities as requested by replenishment manager and site team leads.

Employee will be allowed to work from home and be responsible for completing date changes for the network within the time period identified.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong keyboarding and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
