Work From Home Customer Service Position

How 2 Publishing is looking for a person to fill a part time customer service position answering clients phone calls and emails for this internet based business. This would be a 25 hour per week position that would be perfect for a stay at home mom who’s kids are at school during the day.

This is a company that sells how to dog training materials, coaching, books and DVD’s and have grown to the point where we need another customer service person. You would need to be available to answer phones between 10 am and 3 pm pacific time.

Skills:

  • You must be able to type more then 50 words per minute
  • Must be organized… if you’re the type of person who likes to keep their inbox really clean that’s who I’m looking for.
  • You must speak good English.
  • You must have a land line and high speed internet.
