Work From Home Office Manager/Scheduler/Coordinator

Mobile pet grooming business that serves upper DC and MD is looking for Work From Home Office Manager/Schedule/Coordinator.

You must be able to attend a 2 hour paid training at their DC Office.

They are looking for a highly organized individual that has the ability to communicate professionally with clients, groomers, management and vendors.


  • Answering to calls and emails
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Confirming appointments
  • Coordinating with groomers their working days
  • Keeping clients updated of delays and/or mechanical breakdowns
  • Scheduling service appointments for our moving salons
  • Imputing client grooming preferences into scheduling software

Paid Training
The training period will last between 2 and 3 days at their home office. If everything goes well, you would then be able to continue to work from your home.

Part of the time will be spent doing all of the above and the other part will be simply “being on call”. That is, you can be in your house doing other chores, and if you get a call, you take it.

The office manager would work/be on call Monday thru Friday from 8am to 2pm and 6 to 7pm. On Saturdays from 9 to 11am.
If you currently have a prior commitment at a certain time, they can change these hours.

The position starts at $8 per hour paid every 2 weeks with room for advancement.
